Asphalting

Asphalt is the ultimate protective material for a wide range of construction applications. It is seamless, offering total waterproofing integrity as well as being capable of out-performing and outlasting all other comparable materials. We commonly use it on roofing, flooring and paving projects, where waterproofing and durability are vital.

Once we have visited the site of the proposed work to make sure it is suitable for.asphalting and the client gives the go ahead on the project, the Consolidated Roofing Team will:

Clean and prepre the site
Lay membranes
Fix wooden guide battens
Pour and spread the hot.asphalt - several layers (thickness and number will depend on the type of job)
Sand rubbed to ensure a perfect finish.

Our team is used to working at heights, in enclosed spaces, and in other specialist environments. Once a job is finished, we remove and dispose of all waste in an appropriate manner.
